Summer Camp Sign Ups Begin
Sign up for your favorite sessions. Families new to SPNS will need to submit up-to-date immunization records for their child and workday adult, as well as a TB assessment form. The TB form can be downloaded on the Summer Camp webpage. We look forward to meeting your family!
